Bryan Dubay

Bryan Dubay's foray into indie rock is a long and winding road, starting off as a fifth grade trombonist, moving onto a scene high school band killing it on the church basement scene, and eventually leading to the arts scene as a photographer. After moving to New York City and an absence from making music for years, Dubay by chance had a producer roommate who helped craft and develop Dubay's sound.

In his early 30's, Dubay moved to Buffalo to work in web development and put his music making on the backburner to get comfortable with his new surroundings. The new environment was inspiring and eventually he connected with his New York City producer roommate to pump out new songs to eventually create Bryan Dubay's new EP Detritus.

Bryan Dubay is a Buffalo based artist that has been independently releasing music since 2020. His first album Grand Eternal Season was the culmination of over 15 years of living, trying, failing, succeeding and writing. All of the experiences up to the moment of producing this album were squeezed into this ten song anthem of early twenties coming-of-age stories. Thanks to the help from very talented friends he has met along the way (Sam Skinner -Pinegrove, Bjorn Winberg - Rincs) GES has been expertly produced and mixed. Bryan continues to gig around Buffalo with his 5 piece band and is looking forward to another release in August 2022 (with Admirable Traits Records)
